We were excited for our stay, but unfortunately, our jacuzzi was cold during our entire visit despite repeated requests for help. The staff seemed indifferent and even lied about the heating status, leaving us feeling ignored and frustrated. we found the shower's water pressure inconsistent, which detracted from the overall quality of our experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive! They even surprised us with rose petals on our bed for our anniversary, adding a beautiful touch to our stay. Breakfast was fresh and delivered right to our room every day.

For us it was ideal.
